Mewgenics is divided into chapters, each taking place in a specific biome with unique localized enemies and hazards.

The Alley

• Status: Chapter 1 Starting Zone.
• Key Bosses: Radical Rat, Queen Hippo.
• Hazards: Garbage piles, narrow corridors.

The Desert

• Status: Chapter 1 Alternative Zone.
• Key Bosses: Zodiac.
• Hazards: Sandstorms (reduced visibility), heat exhaustion.

The Sewers

• Status: Chapter 2 Zone.
• Key Bosses: Boris.
• Hazards: Water/Toxic sludge tiles, slippery floors.

The Caves

• Status: Chapter 2 Alternative Zone.
• Key Bosses: Spinnerette.
• Hazards: Falling rocks, webbed tiles (Reduced SPD).

The Boneyard

• Status: Advanced Zone.
• Key Bosses: Dybbuk.
• Hazards: Cursed ground, respawning undead.
