Skill: Rain Dance

Rain Dance is a utility spell for the Mage class, allowing control over the battlefield's weather.

Effect

• Weather Change: Immediately changes the weather condition to Rain.
• Wet Status: Applies the Wet status to all units on the field (usually).
• Extinguish: Removes all Fire tiles and Burning status effects.
